<x-flowed>Hello, I'm having a rough time trying to get my stylus1520 to print properly. Some or all of the following happens: o an inaccurate out of paper message will appear during the printing of a page o a sheet will be ejected after a partial print and a new sheet fed to complete the print I went to the epson site and found a troubleshooting document (0248) and tried to apply the tips but ended up in a worse situation than ever (I haven't been able to get my PS software to work since I went through what they recommended). I have tried different printer cables (hooking directly from printer to PC; no longer than 6'), I have tried un-installing and re-installing the software drivers. I have tried a second computer using win2k (& therefore a different driver, d/l'd from the epson site). And I've tried using a variety of papers (most recently the epson high quality matte and mitsubishi semi-gloss double sided). Basically, I'm at my wits' end. :-( I have some printing obligations I need to meet and my ratio of good prints:bad prints currently stands at 1:5 which is terrible. If anyone can give me any pointers, the help would be greatly appreciated. tia, Amanda - Turn off HTML mail features. Keep quoted material short.
