The following was given to me by David Miller concerning this:

What you'd need to do is quit and relaunch to run with one set of plugins
or the other. Photoshop ignores any subfolder in Plugins that starts with
the
tilde character; so you could have two subfolders: one called MatchLock
2.05,
the other called MatchLock 2.06; then put a "~ " in front of whichever one
you didn't want to be the active one when you launched Photoshop.
