Within a few minutes of my post this morning, someone from the list did contact me and made an offer to sell an EX (which can use the same carts I have for the 700) at a very fair price, which I have accepted. THANK YOU!!! Since the 700 is beyond its warranty, I doubt it would be worth the cost either, now that I've found an inexpensive relacement. But I am reluctant to trash a piece of machinery that was otherwise running so well. Is there anyone out there who collects usable parts to recycle them somehow? I just hate making more landfill.
