Check out the UltraStable Glossy as well as the Canvas. I believe both are gelatin coated and available from Jon Cone's website. The UltraStable was given a 19 year rating by Wilhelm (not sure with which inks but I think Lysonic). At any rate, it's beautiful and worthy of consideration.
