You mean you can't run the two versions simultaneously? You can't run two copies of Photoshop that use the same serial number simultaneously, though you can quit one and launch the other. This means that ProfilerRGB can be used with both with the same key file (alernately not simultaneously). If your new version is not an upgrade using the same serial number, you will need a new ProfilerRGB key to use with it, and that will geta bit more messy, aqs the key files will need to be moved around to use the different versions.
