<x-charset iso-8859-1>I have been printing all of my portfolio work using MIS quads in both an 1160 and a 1520 for some time now. I am very happy with the results using Stonehenge paper (Rising paper Co., 22X30 sheets, 140 lb, ph buffered, 100% cotton rag, heavily sized to hold the ink well, $1.08/sheet)... I finish it with a damar varnish overspray to bump up the gamut and to further protect ink from oxidation. I have little experience using this inkset on Glossy clay coated papers so I can't vouch for the quality there. If anyone would like to compare Piezography with the MIS quads... I'd be happy to exchange prints from the same file on the same paper. I'd like to sponsor a travelling portfolio to be shown at my college art gallery and to send it on the road to other college galleries... any interest out there?
