There appears to be a small bug in photoshop 6. the layer palette keeps disappearing, and you have to reselect it constantly. Anyone else notice this? Its a great program of course, but it IS getting rather bloated, and the manual is really the worst adobe has ever issued. The on line help is abominable for many reasons, the first being that it will take people anywhere from 3 minutes to several times that just to get on the web, depending on the speed of your setup. Then the print is so large you have to scroll horizontally to read everything. And you have to jump around so much you can't remember where you started from. I assume Fraser and Blatner will come out with a useable book that explains how to do all the new things! I hope they will have a few tutorials in the book. Can you just imagine a new person who has never used photoshop at all trying to use it with the 6.0 manual as his first guide to the program? Jerry - Turn off HTML mail features.
