<x-flowed>You may have to darken your work area; reduce ambient light. Not sure why this would happen if your monitor's luminance uncalibrated and unprofiled was high, or bright. But it looks like your calibration profile is knocking down (throttling - CLUTs) the output from at least two of the guns, if not three in order to balance. This used to be a problem with older monitors, even when new, which did not use hardware control within the monitor to balance, such as the Spectraview, etc. If you can determine the luminance one color (max output) at a time by turning two guns off, you might be able to see if all are functioning evenly and normally.
