<x-charset iso-8859-1>I had posted yesterday that I was not getting any replies from Refurbdepot.com to my request for a tracking number. There were posts in response stating that this was likely due to the Jewish Holiday. Well, today UPS delivered the printer! I had contacted my CC company again last night and they had a late in the day posting of the charge, so I suspected that things were still rolling even though they (refurbdepot) were not responding to emails. I have ordered this machine to use exclusively with Generations thru a CIS. I just finished installing the ink in the CIS and put it right in the printer, ran one cleaning to "prime the pumps" and the first nozzle check was perfect! The printer was in the expected white box with the Refurb sticker in the uper right hand corner. The printer is clean, was packed as many have described (as was my last one), and is working as new.
