Well, StylusRIP is a really only for printing PostScript files and EPS 
images, but PressReady allow you to accurately print CMYK files (RGB drivers 
reconvert them in mysterious ways), plus the PostScript benefits, plus press 
output emulation, so you can get an idea of how your colors will look on a 
press or other final output device.
