On 14 Sept, I place an order over their web site, got an order confirmation number, then after a week or so of waiting, sent them E-Mail asking order status and shipping date. They won't respond to my E-mail queries (several over the period of the last week). So, now I'm left not knowing if they have my order or when it might ship. My charge card has not been charged, so that is not a worry. I'm just kind of left in limbo -- guess thats the risk of ordering over the net. The Spectrostar company is located in Amsterdam, and I'm in the U.S. Guess I'll try calling next week and hope they have someone who speaks English. I've also noticed that since I placed my order, their Spectrocam (spectrophotometer) price has increased by 40%. I hope that is not the reason they did not respond to my order at the old, lower price!</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Ron</FONT></DIV></BODY></HTML> </x-html>
