<x-flowed>Yeah, Epson could send us all the 2000p for free with a lifetime supply of ink and paper for free so we can test it allong with our grandchildren for the next 200 years to see if the prints will actually last that long. If they do then Epson can feel safe to release the printer to the public. In fact every company should give their products away for free and allow the public to test them for a reasonable time (200 years?) and if the product meets their needs in every imaginable way possible and impossible then the company could feel safe in selling that product. Imagine what a wonderful world it would be! In the meantime the companies could derive their imcome from the money trees they have in their back yards. Just go out back and pick all the money they need to survive on. We all know how evil it is for all the businesses you own or work for to try to sell a good product to the best of their knowledge and tested in a REASONABLE MANNER and then try to make a profit from it. In fact anyone that owns a business is evil because that business is there for 1 main reason, to make money! That evil money is then used to support their family, the economay, etc. ALso, everyone that has a job is evil because they work for a company which in turn is evil because it tries to make money. We should all get together and sue ourselves! I am calling my lawyer right now and tell him that I want to sue myself for every penny I have and in the meantime I will sue him also and the judge and the jury and the power company for supplying the electricity to the court house and sue the people that built the court house and the town and I will sue the government for not protecting me from the evils of the world and I will sue my dog for not having a warranty against flea infestation and I will sue my great great grandchildren for not being born in time for me to know them, etc etc etc. My point? Be reasonable. Epson did not sit in a room one day and say: "hey! lets sell a printer and fix it so the prints turn orange in 24 hours in certian situations and steal everyones money away. When it is all said and done we can then tie all of our customers on the railroad tracks and twist our handlebar moustaches and laugh as the train comes closer and closer to them! Because we are a evil corporation! ha ha!" >From: Bob Meyer <bobm_epson@yahoo.com> >Reply-To: epson-inkjet@leben.com >To: epson-inkjet@leben.com >Subject: Re: Epson 2000p testing >Date: Fri, 30 Jun 2000 11:11:34 -0700 (PDT) > > >--- JoeMead@aol.com wrote: > > > > Has Epson given Liz et. al. a 2000P printer, some > > ink, paper and dollars to > > make some prints, display them under various > > conditions and send the prints > > to Epson for analysis?
