Intentional or not, Epson has both a moral and legal
responsibility to ensure its products meet the claims
made for them. This printer / paper combination does
NOT meet those claims. I don't much care what else
Epson learns in the future. They need to fix the
problem that exists now, or offer its customers some
form of compensation. And no, I don't consider
telling me to use matte paper a solution. I like
glossy photographs, and so do most of the people who
might buy my work.
