Intentional or not, Epson has both a moral and legal responsibility to ensure its products meet the claims made for them. This printer / paper combination does NOT meet those claims. I don't much care what else Epson learns in the future. They need to fix the problem that exists now, or offer its customers some form of compensation. And no, I don't consider telling me to use matte paper a solution. I like glossy photographs, and so do most of the people who might buy my work. ===== Bob Meyer Step Outside.
