Bruce, its Mac, Operating System 9.0. I have changed or added NOTHING. It was working just fine a couple days ago. Now it doesn't work with 4 different Photoshop programs on 2 hard drives. I don't see how it could be Photoshop. And I've reinstalled the Scanning software 3 times, and got rid of all the older stuff before installation. I will try and get a copy of norton's utilities tomorrow and see if that will help. Bruce Roorda wrote: > > What OS are you using?
