poor ink attachment

	I am using an Epson Photo EX for printing 11x17 images with the Epson
inks.  The problem I am having is that the ink does not seem to attach very well
to the paper.  Even after days of drying, if the image is touched, the ink seems
to come off the paper.  
		The paper that I have been using is Lumijet Premium Glossy
Paper.  Is this a paper problem, and if so, can anyone recommend a good
substitute?
