Genuine Fractals needs to be treated like many other non-color managed applications; if you convert from a workingspace RGB image, or a specific CMYK device profile, through GF, then at the other end you need to be sure to open in that same space, or the color numbers will be misinterpreted. Thats what tags are there to avoid... and things get more complicated if they start talking about being able to place GF files in layout appplications and the like... then the profile is the only hope of managing color. So if Genuine Fractals is serious about moving into the big leagues as a compressed image format it will need to deal with ICC profile tagging.
