scales for weighing refilled cartridges (was Re: Explain This,Please...)

<x-flowed>Could a single scale do both for the cartridges and for postage, 
including the half-ounce increments needed internationally?

Are there relatively good ones? I've seen only cheap ones I think are 
probably neither accurate nor reliably inaccurate. The most 
impressive looking one I've seen was marketed for cooking, but I 
don't remember the brand.
