Is there an archive for this list?  I have a problem with my Color 500 that 
may have already been covered.  I used replacement ink from a company in 
Richmond, Virginia.  Now, even with new Epson cartridges and after many, 
many cleaning cycles my printer will not print in black or color.  Is there 
some procedure that I should use to clean the print heads so that ink will 
now flow?
