I think it is important that you refer to the whole sentance, otherwise

and in that context I meant that, the driver assumes untagged data from
a whatever source is in sRGB, that does NOT mean you should work in
sRGB. As for the detective work, well it has been carried out. But until
someone else publishes I will reside in the "foxhole" excavated over
Xmas, although going back over the sRGB thread that took palce over Xmas
you will find your answer <ggg>.
