Quiz: Let's say some idiot created a whole slew of images in Photoshop 4, on an uncalibrated Wintel box, adjusting the brightness of the images visually. Let's say further that the RGB preferences in PS4 were left at their factory default values this whole time. So you've got Photoshop (4) set internally for a gamma of 1.8, on a system where the "native" monitor gamma is 2.2. What does this imply about the image files produced on this rig?
