That's the second time I've seen reference to "clear duct tape". Is that
really what you're using? I've never seen anything that's clear and called
"duct tape" (I assume you mean transparent). Are you actually using
packaging tape, perhaps? Hard to imagine that the printer could easily
pierce duct tape, which typically has fiber reinforcement, when you
reinstall a cartridge.
