WiziWYG and 750

I've been using WiziWYG for some time now to profile various papers for use
on my Epson 750. Essentially I use the Inkjet Paper media setting for mat
papers and the Photo Paper media setting for glossy when printing out the
targets. At this point I can see that some papers puddle the ink (Lumijet
Premier Glossy) and some get serious dot gain (Lumijet Classic Velour), but
I finish the profile, test it out, then move on to the next paper if I don't
like the results.

Someone on this list mentioned trying a different media selection, ie.,
Glossy Film instead of Inkjet Paper because it puts out less ink. I tried
this approach, and it seems to work pretty well; I intend to go back to
papers I'd rejected and try them out again. For example, Tapestry X which
is very nice, puddles a little on the Inkjet Paper setting, but much less on
Glossy Film. I also noticed that the lighter ink setting seems more
neutral; the lower grey target area looks much less green.

My question is this: is there a listing of preferred Media setting for
various paper/ink/printer combinations? Experimenting is fun, but I'd
rather not reinvent the wheel if I don't have to.

One more question: is the Inkjet Transparencies setting on the 750 the same
as Backlit Film that others have mentioned?
