These are photos that I've traveled around 9000 miles to take and 90% of themwere taken in the Eastern mountains and the Adirondacks. They include everything from sunsets, full moon rising's [ that look like sun risings] sun rises, storms, turn of the century homesteads under different skies and weather conditions, Winter ,Fall, Spring , and Summer landscapes, People in everyday living, etc. I tried to take pictures simular of those that you see in the Photo Mag's. I have a Publisher that is interested in several of them and my question is do I need to copyright them or not. I realize that no matter what I do there is still piracy.Everyone that I have showed them to has been impressed. I'm planning on a 6 to 8 week trip to the Rockies this comming Spring should I wait till I have all of the set done which includes all the Mtn. ranges or should I seperate the East and the West. The average photo is around 600k which allows around 100 photos on a CD. I tried to put just the best choices on CD. They make really great printouts as I have printed several out with an EX and a 1200. The largest size I have tried is 11" X 14" I've tried them on Canvas, Glossy, and a 52# matt. One of my favorites is a photo taken of a 7 yr. old boy and his 5 yr. old sister just below Abrams Falls in the Smoky Mtns they were both dressed as the poor farm Mtn. children did at the turn of the century and that takes me to my final question even though you can't reconize them do I need a signed agreement to use this photo? or release? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2> Mike mslusher@bright</FONT></DIV></BODY></HTML> </x-html>
