It is the same size as the 1200, but is 4-color and has 4 picoliter nozzle volume. I just got one, and the prints are really nice. Then, you can use cartridges for the 1520 should you want to get into archival inks. The newest printers which will arrive in a few months are also 6-color inksets, just like the 1200.
