Hi, I'm new to the group and I am considering moving into Quadtone printing after producing traditional b&w prints for many years. I use a 750 for color work and love it, but for b&w the prints I have produced on 6 color epsons don't cut it. Has anyone on the group heard when Jon Cone is going to port his Digital Platinum software and inks? This port was announced on his Cone Tech news site on March 30, 1999. Sounds like the cure for 6 color b&w problems. Has anyone seen prints produced thru this process? I'm hoping this integrated solution will be the answer for producing gallery quality b&w prints with relative ease. I have tried emailing Jon Cone about this without success.
