Scanner Seminar, Palo Alto, CA

    For anyone that might be interested Bear Images of Palo Alto, CA is 
sponsoring a scanner seminar featuring Imacon, Canon, Kodak and other

    I happened to call about another matter and was told of this seminar.  
Earlier this year I attended an all-day hands on seminar for the Imacon 
scanner presented by Bruce Fraser that I thought was outstanding.  All facets 
of proper scanning technique were discussed in as in-depth a fashion as a 
one-day seminar is capable of achieving. 
    The reason I've posted this is not because I have any affiliation with 
Bear Images, which I do not, but because Bear Images has the right idea in 
offering intelligent half day and all day seminars for the general public on 
the quality products that they offer for sale. 
     What better way to find the answers to questions regarding products than 
to subscribe to a list like Leben and attend hands on seminars like the ones 
Bear Images offers.  We receive the best of both worlds and the price is 
right.
