I always find the best place to start is CNET Shopper:
http://www.shopper.com

a search engine for finding the lowest prices among online vendors.
The S020110 is listed a quite a few places for around $13-$14 - almost
50% cheaper than Staples.
You can search for the Epson papers there also.
