Or simply print them four-up (or more with larger paper), then trim and
thereby print on more of the paper that would otherwise be unpritable as
outside margin if you printed lots of small cards one-by-one. That's the
way the perf'ed paper usually comes: two or four cards per sheet
depending on size.
