Re: Epson Stylus Color 900 with USB (Windows 98)

I've had an Epson 740 since they came out (almost one year ago). I began
operating it initially on a parallel port, and since late December, when we
got a new computer, have been successfully operating it on one of two USB
ports on the motherboard. I've had no problems printing B&W text or
full-page color prints. I followed the installation instructions that came
with the USB drivers on the Epson Web site.

If I remember correctly, the printer must be turned off when you boot the
computer so that it is automatically recognized when you turn the printer on
with Windows 98 running. If you don't do this, it won't work.

Let me know if you need more help.
