Epson 3000 heads in Roland?

Maybe someone could explain how the 3000 heads, which are 4 color (CMYK), are  used
in the Roland Hifijet, which is 6 color (CMYKOG)? So do you just use the Roland CMYK
pigmented inks in the 3000, and live with the 4 color limitations?
