OK given that reasons stated this is better but more costly but the
feedback alone could be worth the cost.

Since all of us are on the net - I guess may be each person sending
off the travelingportfolio should list down the names of people in the
portolio and more important who it is going out to - this info is cc
to all parties in the group. I suppose a time frame for despatch
should be set say within 7 to 10 days.
