The maximum "printable" width is 16.33 inches (416mm) - not 16.5 or
16.75 - regardless of the paper size or feeder you use.
The minimum top margin is .12 and the minimum bottom margin is .55,
which added together = .67" - giving you a maximum "printable" length of 43.33".
Some RIPs can overcome the length restrictions, allowing greater than
44" lengths.
