Well after seeing the result ( Thanks again  Ken) of the postings Tomcat says 
it is time to throw in the towel!

I pack up the 1520 with all my paperwork and went to the Comp USA. the place 
I bought it.

I had the wisdom to order the extended warrenty for only $49 this was a 3 
year period.

Well even though I had the printer for 5 months they gave me an on the spot 
replacement pretty neat guys!

I would always buy from Comp USA and pay the extra for the extended warrenty 
for it gives you some really nice benefits when you need them most!
