	Perhaps I'm just lucky, certainly not mechanically inclined, but my 
experience w/their vacuum fill has been excellent, & I've used 2 kits (each 
dedicated to a different vendor's ink). Perhaps there is a QC problem on 
certain parts. Their service and advice has been good for me and my 3 ESC's!
