Hmm, I have NT4 service pack 3, and far as I can tell (and I only bother to
look at really big files near my systems limit). The spooled file is larger
than the .tiff file, but not by very much. However I usally print only tiffs,
or flattened .psd files. 

Are these files prehaps .psd files with unflattened layers?
