I received a very nice note from WE INK stating that a full refund was being made to my Visa account and that they were sorry that my purchase and subsequent problem had been mishandled. Takes a big company to admit an error and turn things around. Hopefully those subscribing to the list will give WE INK a try if they are in the market for equipment to refill their ink jet cartridges. Sure be nice if our politicians could learn as fast as we do on this list. Many thanks to all who e mailed with suggestions and tips. Now I need to go chew on the cable company whose employees created an 8 foot wide path of destruction across my lawn and curb and contributed to all this unhappiness. Jim O. - Please: Stay on topic.
