Before laminating, I assume that you should made sure that the print is dry, otherwise lamination would be too late and may even worsen the problem. Perhaps a hair dryer, heat lamp, or microwave just before (and just after printing). Chemicals exist that absorb moisture, home consumers can buy them to keep clothes dry in closets; perhaps you can store paper (before and after printing) in air tight plastic boxes with a bowl of water absorbant. Perhaps a zip-lock bag would make a cheap lamination test, before your $5 test at the color lab, before your purchase of lamination equipment and supplies.
