Dear Mr. Yamazaki,

You didn't say if your trip is for vacation or on business, but I trust it
either case it will be a pleasant and productive one.

The suggestion that an Epson Engineering Manager subscribes to the Epson
Inkjet user list (see "Interesting e-mail" thread) is a happy one, and I
hope you appreciate how much your products mean to so many people. Speaking
for myself as a new owner of a 750, I am amazed and delighted by it.

I hope that after you return on July 19 we may look forward to your sharing
with subscribers some off the record tips for user modifications and your
outlook on some of our perennial concerns, including of course the
notorious pizza wheels.
