Epsi\on 1200 ICC and photoshop 5.0

Bill Fernandez: or any other kind souls - sos!

Bill: Followed your refreshingly clean instructions 1-17 to a point, but
result: still total color mismatch between monitor and print. Please review
this:

*Ref:
Newbie, Ciba-oriented art photographer (>20yrs).
Mac7100/66+G3.OS8.5. PS-5.0.2. Monitor NEC MultiSync-750. calib'd per Adobe
Gamma and mfr's phosphor and WPt (9300K) info. Gamma 2.2. Colorsync 2.6.1
Epson SP-1200/5.60E. S041141, ink OEM (for a while. while training).

*Image: surrealistic painterly landscape, containing all colors of the
rainbow (colorful tree reflections in pond).
Monitor image - gorgeous. Print: blues turned to cyan, green to brown.
Somewhat darker than original. Not even nerar the monitor's colors.

*Monitor: 17" NEC Multisync P750. Phorsphor and WPt data received from
NEC, on request, used it to cal crt. Goes under name NEC-750 now, in
Colorsync's monitor profiles listings.

*Overall settings:
Colorsync: Sys Pro: NEC-750. RGB=CMYK defaults: ask. CMMpreferred: automatic.
PS5>color s.>RGB=Primaries: Adobe RGB(1998). WPt: 6500K (D65).
DUMC=on.
PgSetup: Options>custom>Media::PhotoQualityInkJet pazper (oem S041141),
oem inks (T001011 color; S020187 black). Res. Photo720; mW on, HS off, no
W/mark.
Advanced: error diffusion; colorsync; Epson Standard, Perceptual.
Print: space: RGB Color, PCM on (and tried also off: no difference).

How to balance the scale?
