I honestly couldn't see a difference on >several test pictures. ---------------------- I'd been given to understand that the 'reasoning' for chosing sRGB was because it was the 'lowest, broadest common denominator' for both platforms with the poorest monitors in mind---so that it would be the most inclusive, particularly for web/monitor images. That is why the professional people were so displeased with it when they first started loading finely-honed images for press or fine art and seeing them appaulingly altered in the original automatic conversion--without any clear warnings of the implications of the changes Adobe made!
