I think your problem is that your Canvas Size is too large. Leaving empty space on the image does not make the Canvas Dimensions smaller. Your Canvas must be no larger the maximum print area of the Epson (for that paper size). I believe there are two possibilities depending on the selection of centered or maximum in the Epson paper size menus. (at least my 800 works that way). Create a new file with dimensions of 10.5 by 16.25 inches and try to print. The file can be empty. See if the message goes away.
