Hey the Egroups is hard the first time you try it but there is a gold mine of 
information:

go to:

Just type in the post number in th space I show the XXXXX  type in th .html 
after the numbers!

and if you really have a clog from hell try 19543

These post should unclog any printer!

If you just type in clog you will get a lot more but these are the posts
