    Not sure with 2.0 -- but with 1.0, you had to first have the file in
fractal format before you could size it up. So the procedure was to
    1. File - Export - Genuine Fractals. That would encode the file.
    2. File - Import - Geniune Fractals. That would open the dialog box
which would allow you to set the size and resolution of the file (if other
than the original size, you specified parameters.
    At that point, you have your newly opened file in a much larger size,
and you can just save it normally at that size or make modifications and
then re-export it.

    If that's the same way things happen in 2.0, you're set.
