The AXIS works like any other external print server (there are hundreds
available from dozens of companies) with every printer that offers a
parallel port. You only have to check if the print server you intend to buy
comes with drivers for your OS (a print server with only PC drivers will not
help you on a Mac).
You can also check http://www.seh.de for internal print servers to be used
in Epson printers that offer a TypeB interface (Stylus Pro, ProXL, ProXL+,
800, 850, 900, 1500, 1520, 3000, 5000, 9000, eventually some others also).
The Germany based company SEH looks actually for dealers in the USA. If you
are interested in buying/selling their products you can either contact them
directly or also send me a mail, so I will try to establish a contact.
