Hi

You may have a REALLY bad case of clogged nozzels, Have u recently left the
printer for a few weeks/days without printing, or did u leave a cartridge
out for more than a 5-10min ?
Are your programs actually sending data to the printer...(ie: are u actually
printing tex/images or are u printing blank pages ?)
Try uninstalling the printer from you computer and re-installing it
Check all cables/wires/plugs are secure
Clear any debris/dirt from inside the printer.
Give us some more info (Computer, software, when did prob occur..etc..)
