Tomcat's focus (and my focus) is on Epson models that have
cartridges with sponge inserts. The ESC3000 cartridges have
"bladders" without foam inserts, so that refilling is much easier.
Several vendors that visit this list offer 3000 kits, including http://www.WeInk.com.
