PCI is for, well, PCI devices; a CD burner is more likely to be a SCSI device. So you add it to your internal SCSI chain (if there is room) or add a SCSI card to use it internally. Or use the external SCSI chain, and avoid the extra heat and fooling around inside your computer. C.
