this link ought to be considered obsoleted by now, since now I refill from the
top using the dirk engelhardt 'ultimate' method. I've refilled two carts
(previously refilled) by now and they worked great as far as I can tell, I'm
drowing into work these days and have no time to experiment further and create
a new page for the next week or so.
