From: jlipmanson <jlipmanson@idsonline.com>: 1. I calibrated the monitor and saved the profile. Then I went in into Photoshop/Preferences/RGB Setup, and chose Adobe RGB(1998) for the RGB setting, which I found very satisfactory in Win 95. But in the bottom part of the screen where Monitor: setup name is, I always see sRGB -- which I never selected for anything? Is this supposed to contain my loaded calibrated monitor profile name? There is no option to change it. If memory serves me...this is an error situation...if you go to the Adobe site (www.adobe.com) and search out their solutions database, you should find a paper on it...or drop into the User to User PS/win forum at http://wellengaged.com/engaged/adobe.cgi? and ask your question there... Sorry I can't remember the solution...just remember the problem...ain't that always the way...'-}} Terrie terrie_labarbera@hud.gov - work 74727.3164@compuserve.com - home -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Please: Stay on topic.
