New Color 750 question

Has anyone used or observed the new 750 model?  In your opinion is it
worth the price difference over the 700?  Specs show it prints photos
much faster and it looks like the resolution may be a little better.

I am considering buying a 700 or 750 so would appreciate any
suggestions.

I'll be printing both text and photo images.

I've seen some complaints about the print head clogging; can the head be
changed by the user or does it require a trip to a service center?
